Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days once the order has been placed. This may be affected by holidays, vacation, etc. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their shipment. CaLa Soap Company LLC is not responsible for incorrect delivery or package theft. Please ensure the correct shipping address is displayed at checkout. Once tracking shows the package has been delivered, we are unable to submit a USPS claim and can not refund or replace the shipment.
